“EnterChina – platform development under the Industrial Innovation Accelerator INDUSTRYLAB III programme”
The project is implemented under the Industrial Innovation Accelerator INDUSTRYLAB III programme, co-funded by the European Funds for a Modern Economy 2021–2027 (FENG).
Project scope (tasks and activities)
The project includes activities related to the development and implementation of the EnterChina platform in the Spanish market, in particular:
- adaptation of the platform to the Spanish market (linguistic and business localisation),
- development of a communication system between Spanish and Chinese users (AI Communication Layer),
- development and testing of the operational model, including onboarding of the first clients from Spain,
- execution of a market pilot and optimisation of user experience (UX),
- development of marketing functionalities and platform monetisation models.
Project objectives
The objective of the project is to develop a scalable digital platform enabling companies from Spain to:
- gain visibility within the Chinese internet ecosystem,
- conduct business communication with clients from China,
- reduce entry barriers to the Chinese market (linguistic, technological, and operational),
- carry out export-related activities in a digital model, without the need to establish local infrastructure.
Project results
The project will result in:
- the launch of a fully functional version of the EnterChina platform adapted to the Spanish market,
- implementation of AI-based modules for translation and cross-cultural communication support,
- acquisition of the first clients and business partners from Spain,
- establishment of an operational model for scaling the platform across European markets,
- increased accessibility of the Chinese market for Spanish SMEs through a digital solution.
