This page explains how subscriptions and payments work within EnterChina.

The model is based on a fixed monthly subscription. Terms are clear and predictable.

1. Subscription model

Stage 1 operates on a monthly, renewing subscription.

    • 199 GBP / month
    • Automatic renewal
    • No long-term contract
    • Cancel anytime

The subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled in advance.

Stage 2 operates with an extended scope and is activated based on individual arrangements.

2. Billing period

Billing is on a monthly cycle.

  • Payment is charged in advance for each period
  • The billing date corresponds to the subscription start date
  • Cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current period

Access to the service remains active until the end of the paid billing cycle.

3. Payment processing

Payments are handled by:

Stripe Payments Europe Ltd.

Dublin, Ireland

EnterChina does not process or store payment card data.

Stripe is responsible for:

  • subscription management,
  • automatic renewals,
  • invoice issuance,
  • VAT calculation (where applicable).

4. VAT and tax handling

VAT is calculated automatically based on:

  • the company’s country of registration,
  • the VAT number (if provided),
  • applicable EU regulations.

For B2B transactions within the EU:

  • a valid VAT number may result in the reverse charge mechanism being applied,
  • the absence of a VAT number may result in local VAT being charged.

Invoices are issued by Stripe in accordance with applicable regulations.

5. Subscription cancellationpcji

You can cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation:

  • stops future renewals,
  • does not refund the current billing period,
  • takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

No additional fees apply.

6. Failed payments

In case of a failed payment:

  • Stripe will attempt to charge again,
  • unsuccessful payment may result in subscription suspension,
  • prolonged non-payment may lead to profile removal.

Reactivation may require starting a new subscription.

7. Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started.

This reflects the nature of the service, which is based on maintaining infrastructure and profile availability.

8. Pricing changes

The Operator reserves the right to change pricing.

Changes:

  • apply only to future billing periods,
  • are communicated in advance.

They do not affect already paid periods.
